The utility areas and workshop spaces are quite large. The main workshop and furnace room has enough space for many of your shop tools and equipment, and is also wired for telephone, high-speed internet access and intercom. There is also a deep sink here. From here a wide door leads you to an expansive heated work area. It is 30 feet by 38 feet, enough for all of your large storage and project needs. It is fully wired with AC power, including 240VAC for large service needs such as an air compressor. It is accessed from the outside through a 16' insulated vinyl garage door, with electric opener and outside keypad control. The driveway area is constructed of pavers in a interlocking pattern. A full length trench drain system allows a flat surface from the shop area to the outside. Both hot and cold water valves are attached to the outside faucet, great for washing cars.
