Bedrooms

Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor and are shown here. One bedroom faces south, and is called the "Mountain View" room. Its occupants wake to a full dormer looking directly at Mount Sunapee. It has a large closet and a unique reading and sitting alcove built into the dormers to roof space. Another bedroom, the "Transition Bedroom" is just to the right of the top of the stairway and is directly opposite the large second floor bathroom.

Main Bath and Dual Vanity Rooms

The main full bath is a unique combination of space. A Jack and Jill bathroom, it has two entries, one from a private vanity area across from the Transition bedroom, the other from a open concept vanity area off the main hall adjacent to the Mountain View bedroom. It is a full walk-around space, with plenty.

Loft

The loft is a very private and secluded part of the home. It can be used as a bedroom, or it is a perfect place for a home office, complete with high-speed broadband and dual-line phone service. It has plenty of windows and is very bright and airy. The skylights give a wonderful view of Mount Sunapee to the south. Notice the reading nook down the hall, perfect for a getaway from the office grind.

Third Floor Bedroom/Multi-use Room

The third floor space is also a very private part of the home. It can be used as a bedroom, a hobby or sewing room, an office, or a getaway space for your favorite pastime. It is bright and has its own skylight and dual windows, and has a large storage closet in its entry hallway which overlooks the second floor main hall and stairway.
